Condition Requirements

  • • Product unopened and factory sealed OR lightly used (<25% used)
  • • Original packaging intact (box, wrapping, seals)
  • • No damage, dents, or cosmetic issues
  • • Batch code visible and authentic (required for opened products)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • ✗ Opened fragrances (unless defective)
  • ✗ Damaged or expired products
  • ✗ Items without proof of authenticity
  • ✗ Clearance or final-sale items
  • ✗ Custom or made-to-order items

How to Return

    Start a Return Request

    Go to your Orders dashboard and click "Request Return" on the item. Select a reason and add notes if needed.

    Receive Return Label

    We'll send a prepaid return shipping label to your email within 24 hours. Print or use the digital label.

    Ship It Back

    Pack the item securely (original box recommended). Use our return label and ship via USPS/FedEx.

  4. 4

    We Inspect & Refund

    Once received and inspected, we'll process a refund to your original payment method (minus $12.95 return fee).
